CRM launch kit: a launch email, a social post, a webinar agenda, plus a note to IMO desks.
IMO desks are the agency teams that design cases for agents.
How this was made
The rules, the checker and the record of this run: github.com/patraianton/ag-growth-rules
Important: everything here was built from public sources only. It contains no confidential information. The repository will be deleted after 24 hours.
- I went through AG's public record: all 93 help-center articles and 166 site pages. I searched the 103 videos and the Shorts on AG's channel by their captions. I also went through 65 pricing-page snapshots since 2019 and 54 posts by AG, its founder and its CTO: crm-audit.html
- I read 3,803 public records about GoHighLevel, a CRM sold to insurance agents under other brand names. I sorted 1,927 complaints by product area. The counts are close, not exact, because two research passes read the same review sites: ghl-complaints.html
- The annuity-agent portrait comes from 155 Reddit threads, about 60 insurance-forum threads, 769 Indeed reviews and 98 IMO sites (numbers.json). AG's voice comes from its own launches: voice.md
- AI agents I run did the research and wrote it, September 30 to October 2. Six simulated readers from one AI model family reviewed an earlier text in four rounds, the night of September 30. The text changed after that. The checker (step 5) is what checked this version, and no annuity agent has read it: misses.md
- The checker gave 189 findings on the October 1 version of this kit and none on this one: run report
- An agent on another AI model family (OpenAI's) tried to overturn the nine product facts. Six held, and one could not be checked from public pages. Two were overturned and narrowed to what their source shows: facts.md
1 · Launch email
Case Design desks get section 4 instead. Agents on an agency's account get this email without the pricing bullet.
Hi [First name],
You know the moment. The case is solved, the report looks great, you hit "Open in mail"1 - and from there the conversation happens somewhere else. Your inbox, your phone, a calendar invite, a text. Three weeks later you're rebuilding the story before you call back.
So we fixed it. Meet Client Conversations: starting [date], your Annuities Genius CRM keeps the whole conversation on the case.2
- Email from the case. Send the report and the follow-up without leaving Annuities Genius. Every email you send is saved on the case.
- Calls, texts, meetings. Call from your computer. Text any client from your own number.3 Send your booking link. Each call, text and meeting is saved on the case.
- Follow-ups that don't slip. GrantAI drafts each follow-up from the illustration you sent (the annuity's projected values) and your call notes. The draft waits on the case for you to edit, send, or skip.
- One Client Profile (the client's page), one timeline. Your timeline shows the reports, the illustrations and the E-App (the electronic application sent to the insurance company). Now it also shows every email, every call, every text next to them, with dates.
- Agents on an IMO's Enterprise account only4
The whole story goes to Case Design, the IMO desk that designs your cases.5 Click Request Case Design and pick the emails and call notes that go with it. [IMO name]'s desk designs the case around what the client actually asked. Nothing changes in the tools [IMO name] gives you.
Getting started. Every client you've quoted in Annuities Genius is already here.
- Connect your email once. That switches on email and meetings.
- Pick a local number to call from. Or bring your office line over.6
- Texting switches on once your number clears the registration every US business texting number needs.
Already use Redtail or Wealthbox as your CRM? Keep them for your book of clients8. Bring any contact in with one click.
You stay in control:
- Nothing goes to a client without your click: GrantAI drafts, you decide.
- Email and meetings come with every plan. Calls and texts: N minutes and N texts a month included, then $X a minute and $Y a text.
Where to find it: open any client → Case → Client Conversations.
See one client go from first call to signed application, live: Wednesday, [date], at 11 AM PT (2 PM ET). Bring your questions on texting rules and your data. The live Q&A is for them.

4 · Note for IMO admins and Case Design desks (the agency's managers and its case designers)
Goes out a week before the agents' email. Agents on an IMO's account get section 1 after their IMO gets this note.
Hi [First name],
You're hearing this a week before your agents do. From [date], agents on Annuities Genius can email clients, call them and book meetings from the client's case. Texting from the agent's own number switches on as each number clears the US registration for business texting.
What it means for your desk:
- A Case Design request can now arrive with the client's emails, call notes, and questions attached. Your desk sees what the client asked next to the numbers.
- Designed cases that stall after the illustration (the projected values sent to the client) are sales your agency never sees. Now the follow-up sits on the case and the Team Activity dashboard shows which designed cases got one.
- Nothing changes in the tools you give your agents today. You decide whether calling and texting are switched on for your agency's account, and who pays for them.
For your compliance team: we'd like to walk through texting consent, clients stopping texts, call recording and message retention. We'd like to do it with you before your agents' email goes out. Your firm's policies still apply.
Your agents' launch email goes out on [date]. Want it to come from you? We'll send it co-signed by [IMO name], or give you the copy to send under your own name. Or book a walkthrough for your desk: [Book a time]
Best,

To confirm with the team
Everything marked in the pieces above (a dotted underline on the page, square brackets in the markdown), in one place.
Product
- The feature name Client Conversations: my proposal for the first release. Where it sits in the app is my proposal too: open any client → Case → Client Conversations.
- Do client replies come back to the case? That needs a sync with the agent's inbox. For Gmail, it also needs Google's yearly security assessment (several weeks).
- Direct email send from GrantAI was announced on the February 13, 2026 webinar. It is not visible in later demos or the help center. If it shipped, the email's "Open in mail" opening changes.
- Request Case Design: the agent chooses the emails and call notes to send with the request.
- Reminders were seen in a partner's May 2025 video. Do they still exist, and can GrantAI's follow-ups become them?
- Team Activity shows which designed cases got a follow-up.
- Agency-level switch: the IMO decides whether calling and texting are on for its account, and who pays.
Setup and money
- Bringing an existing office line over (porting): how long it takes is to confirm. The email promises no date.
- Calling: AG has no phone system today. Calling at launch is the biggest piece of work in this kit.
- Texting from each agent's own number: today every text goes out from one shared number, (225) 535-4832.
- Pricing, my proposal and not AG's price list: email and meetings in every plan. Calls and texts with N minutes and N texts included, then per minute and per text. Every plan, or only AG's Prime+ plan and the plans above it?
- The webinar offer for a case built live, and the attendee offer at 0:22.
Promises AG would be making: questions for AG's compliance owner and founder
- Data use: can AG tell agents that their clients and conversations stay out of marketing and lead generation? Can it say they are not sold and not shared with insurance companies (carriers) or other agencies?
- Texting: how does the product record a client's yes? How do existing clients give it? What happens when a client asks to stop getting texts?
- Recording calls: off by default for the agent, or set by the agency?
- Texting number: is it registered in each agent's name, and does AG file it?
- Retention: how long is each message kept, and can it be exported for audits?
- Leaving: what goes with an agent who leaves, and who owns the book of clients?
- The agents' launch email can go out co-signed by the IMO, or be handed to the IMO to send.
- Support: does a person answer 949-600-7707?
